Local chef Andy Thomas is Mr T and has turned his hand to pies, individual short crust using local and seasonal meat and vegetables.
Favourites include Venison, juniper, pepper & Rosemary and Local Beef Brisket, Mushroom, red wine, he also does a line in pasties which are available at other markets which he attends including Church Stretton and Lydham Friday Market.
